MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Training business skills for customers & clients (company)
•    Design follow up / Supportive Activity for Each Traning
•    Design and Manage training course
-  Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
-  Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant course

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

●    Age: from 28 year old and above
●    Japanese : N2 level
●    Professional look
●    Have good voice
●    Stability, want to grow and develop with organization
⁃    At least 3 years experience
⁃    Experience in Sales position or Training position
⁃    Experience in managing and training subordinates
⁃    Have experience in working startup or educational environment is a plus
Mindset:
⁃    Business mindset oriented, accountable for individual and team’s result
⁃    High learning motivation, good attitude toward learning new knowledge/skills
⁃    Flexibility and adaptivity when work in teams and work independently
Skills:
⁃    Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
⁃    Language: intermediate level of English or Japanese
⁃    Other: Interest to become business trainer is a plus
