MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Develop and implement HR strategy both in local and global scale to accelerate the expansion
- Design optimal organization plan to maximize the growth of the company according to the business environment
- Attract, hire and retain top class talent both in business and software development
- Set and execute public relation strategy to increase the company awareness in Vietnam to accelerate the hiring process
- Lead and operate talent acquisition process at the maximum speed
- Set human resource development policy and lead training programs, aligning with the company growth strategy
- Localize and adjust the human evaluation standard (Helix) to reward the highly achieving employees in a proper way

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Education: From University
Language：Japanese N1-2 (If very good talent, just English is also OK)
Must
・Japanese N1-2 (If very good talent, just English is also OK)
・Experience as IT recruiter for over 2 years
・Experience as HR manager for over 5 years
・Experience working in Foreign capital company
・Logical communication
