Business Development Manager
Nego (max 2000 gross)
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business prospects to help the company meet its revenue targets. You will be in charge of prospecting and generating leads, developing customer relationships, and closing sales. Your primary focus will be on developing a solid sales funnel and forming strategic relationships to drive business growth.
1. Key Responsibilities and KPIs:
- New business development involves identifying and targeting potential clients through numerous channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to better understand customer demands, market trends, and competitors.
- Create and implement successful sales plans and tactics for generating new business prospects.
- Create and maintain a solid sales pipeline by actively handling leads throughout the sales cycle.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Effective client relationship management involves developing and maintaining strong ties with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Deliver successful sales presentations and service demonstrations to highlight our web app development and digital marketing services.
- Understand the client's requirements and suggest unique solutions to meet their individual demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
3. Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to expand network and build brand visibility.
4. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize CRM software or other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
= Regularly review and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar subject.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or equivalent roles, particularly in web app production and digital marketing services.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving corporate growth.
- Strong understanding of sales ideas, strategies, and tools.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, negotiation, and presenting abilities.
- Demonstrates strong client relationships at all levels.
- Effective networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, identifying market trends and leveraging commercial opportunities.
- Expertise with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
