MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

-Lead a team of 4-5 members to accomplish tasks to meet deadline on time
- Assign tasks to members
- Deploy design plan of fan/step motor following to mother company's request
- Check actions of motor
'- Make related reports
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Hea

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Education: College
- Major:
- Language: Japanese ~N3
- Gender & Age: Male/Female >28 olds
- Experiences: 3-5 years as designer team leader
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication
- Characteristics : Leadership, Communication
- Others: Knowledge about motor is an advantage
