MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Coordinate with accounting firrm and control the day-to-day accounting activities
- Manage receivable account, payable account
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declaration; cash flow report;others internal reports.
- Prepare financial statements and various analyses as required for the Director
- Issue red Invoice, collate all invoices to ensure they correspond with all purchase orders.
- Read through and give useful advice on paymen terms in Sales contract, Vender Contract, etc.
- Review the difference of the Company data with the data of the tax department, find the
difference and adjust it in accordance with the current legal regulations.
- Communicate directly with tax authorities when there is an inspection or when it’s required.
- Support The Director to build up internal accounting system step by step
- Others tasks as assigned

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Female, 27~37 years old
- Degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a Construction Company
- Good working knowledge of taxation and business regulations.
- Time management skills
- Can communicate in English (intermediate) or Japanese language (~N2)
- Repossible, decesive person with logical thinking, able to work independently
- Have experience of working with Tax Department/ Tax Inspection
