We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Responsible for maximizing the potential of the company's sales team by creating sales plans, sourcing customer lists, and training employees in the sales department on how to approach customers/business partners.
- Build and manage the B2B sales department to achieve the set goals. Create and manage quarterly, monthly and weekly business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; Manage the sales process effectively through developing potential customers, proposing, presenting and concluding negotiations to achieve company goals.
- Collect data, analyze market needs, identify current competitors and classify customers (regular, infrequent, large and small, potential customers).
- Responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on the operation and effectiveness of the B2B Sales Department.
- Manage the overall performance of the sales department both in terms of sales goal achievement and work plan implementation status (e.g., reaches, meetings, summaries, etc.)
- Develop systems and processes to track or record account activity and help the team close deals to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct analysis to identify things to improve in terms of sales processes, sales channel conversion rates, sales productivity, etc.
- Develop a detailed recruitment plan and number of employees and coordinate closely with the human resources team to recruit suitable personnel. Train the sales staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Bachelor's degree or higher Business Administration, Economics, E-Commerce, etc
- Three years or more of experience in the equivalent position.
- Proficient in office software, good report presentation skill.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving ability.
- Strong problem-solving skill, team work skill, and ability to help team members to develop themselves.
- Have dynamic attitude and high spirit of hard work, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with business acumen and marketability
- 2 months of probation 85% salary
