MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

▪As "Manager," I am in charge of the sales organization and its employees (6 Japanese and Vietnamese) as well as the planning and execution of sales plans and techniques.
- Sales figures visualization and analysis
- Collaboration and information sharing with each department and executive
- To improve the sales team by teaching and training sales representatives
▪As the "General"
- Create your KPIs and Action Plan in accordance with the company's overall sales strategy and techniques.
- Rethink plans and, when appropriate, conduct internal assessments and agreements
- Informing your supervisor and team manager of your activity
- Carry out the sales action for new or current customers.
▪As "Sales Admin of Project" - Keep track of the project state in charge.
- Clarify project needs by learning about the client's company plan and background.
- Determine whether to pursue the client's question.
- Plan and coordinate the project's resources.
- Estimate and run a profit/loss simulation after gathering all cost information.
- Visualize project profit/loss, including free assignments and other support members.
- Proceed with the primary contract and NDA agreement with the customer.
- Send the client an invoice and confirm the payments.
- Assist the Account Manager in moving the project forward smoothly.
▪As "Account Manager of Project"
- Be accountable for the project's sales volume, terms & conditions, and profit/loss.
- Oversee monthly sales figures for the allocated project.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

🔳SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
- MUST - Have at least 5 years of BtoB (corporate sales) experience.
Especially if you have experience with intangible items (corporate services).
It is preferable to have prior sales expertise, such as in the IT services industry.
Experience leading a team of subordinates to reach sales goals
Strong accountability as you attain the objective you set for yourself

- Those that are eager to learn and develop
- Those who are eager to face new challenges
- Age between 25 and 35, regardless of gender
- Understanding client issues as opposed to packaged items
- Because it will be a firm that offers suggestions (ranging from several million to tens of millions of yen),
- Language abilities (understanding), imagination, and ideas are required.
- LANGUAGE ABILITY -
-Japanese proficiency as a native language as you will mainly be dealing with Japanese customers in
Japanese
- Junior English skills to communicate in the company
