MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

・This position directly works with Japanese director.
・Contact with Head office in Japan on a daily basis in order to share production schedules, respond against clients demands.
・Monitor and Control subcontractors to meet the delivery date and quality.
・Negotiate to subcontractors in order to ensure our products continuously meeting our quality standard also the price and delivery dates.
・Developing new products working with designers in Japan. Purchase the material required for them. Establish the sampling schedule with production team.
・Need to understand the quality standards and instruct QC team to meet our quality requirements against client’s needs.
・Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
・Inspect products at other factories if required
・Making import and export documents
・Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese director.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

MUST
Gender：Female

Education level：University
Language：English (Business level)
No. of experienced year：At least 2 years experiences
Key experience：
・English (Business level).
・At least 2 years experiences
・Working experience (Purchaser, Imp/Exp, QA)
・Strong communication skills
・Japanese (N2) is preffred.
