MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Design machine: make a change from a mechanical machine to automation or semi automation machine to reducing labor cost or increasing labor productivity.
- Transfer technology from Japan
- Design and set up the production process for new model - Motor
- Choose material, tools.
- Give kaizen idea (make automation or arrange layout of machine).

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Education: University/College
- Major: Mechanical, Mechatronics
- Language: Japanese (N3~) or English
- Gender & Age: Focus on Female > 24 or Male >24
- Experiences: Male: 2-3 years in Machine design, Automation team, Innovation team.
Female: 1 years in Technology Field , Manufacturing field
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Communication, Team-work, Negotiation
- Characteristics : Strong, hard-working, innovative, highpressure endurance
- Other: Autocad 2D, 3D/ Solid works/ Inventor Knowledge about production technology, production management
