MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Create an order quantity plan from the sales forecast and share it with the supplier.
2. Create purchase order (order) and send to supplier. Confirmation of production status and transportation status.
3. Responding to emergencies such as delays in production or transportation. Communicated with relevant departments and discussed countermeasures.
4. Respond to store inquiries regarding inventory status.
5. Build a supply chain and reduce costs for optimal transportation methods from factories to stores.
6. Calculation of product cost including product price, transportation fee, warehousing fee and customs duty.
7. Support product supply through communication with affiliated companies and departments such as suppliers, forwarders, warehouse operators, and product departments.

Education level：Uni grads in Japan（4 years Uni in Japan is preferanle）
Language：English and Japanese (Can use for business)
No. of experienced year：No experience is OK
Key experience：
Must
・Business English and Japanese N1-2 (Can use for business)
・No experience is OK. Practical training will be provided by Japanese, Vietnamese, and Malaysian staff.
・Can start working from end or May or Early June
