1.Hiring
・Strengthen and improve efficiency of direct recruiting through the use of tools and active population formation

2.Restructuring of personnel evaluation system, introduction of wage tables, promotion conditions, etc.
・Improve and reconstruct the current 5-level evaluation of “project, company, and social contribution” and set standards for unified IT technology evaluation for in-house engineers.
・Introduction of wage tables and conditions for promotion and clarification of evaluation

3.Organizational culture reform
・By deepening mutual understanding between the Vietnamese side and the Japanese side as support for communication with the Japanese business side,align the vector of the entire company and build an environment where work can proceed more smoothly.

4.Making training policy/rule for IT dev

Language：English or JapaneseN1-2 (Can use for Business)
No. of experienced year：Over 5 years as HR manager in IT company
Key experience：
Must
・Business English and Japanese N1-2 (Can use for business)
・Over 5 years as HR manager in IT company（Over 60 employee’s company）
・Over 3 years Experience in building or operating a personnel evaluation system in IT company
