MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

As the corporate manager of APAC, you will also promote the supervision and quality improvement of back-office functions, as well as support for overseas expansion of domestic products.
This is a position where you can play an active role in a wide range of fields and areas globally, such as alliances with external companies, strengthening governance, supporting existing businesses, and developing new businesses.
This will be a position where you can drive the growth of the overseas business by yourself while maintaining close communication with the management team.

・Integration and quality improvement of corporate functions such as corporate planning, accounting, legal affairs, and human resources
・Development of governance policy for overseas business
・Strategic discussions with the management of overseas operating companies, identification of management issues for priority strategic businesses, and implementation support
・Operation of important meeting bodies
・Support as a back office for overseas expansion of domestic products
・Support for promoting alliances with partner companies such as Softbank
・Examination and implementation of M&A, organization/system design after PMI

・Business-level English proficiency * TOEIC: 800 points or higher
・Possible to be stationed locally or go on overseas business trips as appropriate

・Experience in charge of launching/operating overseas business as a manager/country manager
