Business Skill Trainer cum Sales Lead

Lương:

~26 mil gross (nego) + incentive

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Lead sales team to achieve sales target.
- Develop sales team capabilities through training activities.
- Propose to improve sales procedure/policies/practices to accomplish goal.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Training business skills for customers & clients (company)
• Design follow up / Supportive Activity for Each Traning
• Design and Manage training course
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes
- Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant course

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- From 5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in training for subordinates.
- Have experience in working startup or educational environment is a plus.
II. Mindset:
- Business mindset oriented, accountable for own results.
- Good attitude about learning new knowledge/skills.
- Flexibility and adaptivities when work in teams and work independently.
III. Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills;
- Language skill: intermediate level of English or Japanese.
- Others: Interest to become business trainer in the future is a plus.

- Sex: Male
- Age: from 33 years old and above.
- Professional look.
- Have good voice.
- Stable mindset, want to grow and develop with organization.
