MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Manage and operate the administrative work and projects that other firms offer

- Corporate with Japanese office

・Operate BPO center, manage and evaluate members

・Recruit staff and part-time workers, give training for new employees,

and grasp joining and leaving a company

・Collect and report performance figures

・Process management, formulation of sales plan, and performance report

(Ex.)

・Payroll accounting / auto parts manufacturer

・Year-end tax adjustment / manufacturing company

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

Japanese Native (日本人)

Education level： Graduated from University

Language： Japanese

More than 3 years of working experience

・ Excel skill

・Have knowledge of infrastructure(Network)

＊Have to manage connection errors by communicating with the Japanese system engineer

・The date of starting working: negotiable
