MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

- Plan and advise the BOD on business strategy, market and the company brand development
- Plan business goals and targets, manage Sales & Marketing departments according to the company’s orientation at each stage
- Organize and operate strategies and sales targets to boost the development and increase profits of the company (investment plan, business plan, product development plan, pricing policy, market segmentation, branding plan, etc)
- Build and develop relationships with strategic partners and potential customers
- Develop plans to implement brand communication programs through partners, investors, and customer care plans for the purpose of promoting the brand and reputation in the market
- Develop organizational structure, rules and regulations on the operation of the Sales & Marketing departments and take responsibility for the targets and effectiveness of the assigned scope of work
- Organize, direct and lead the staff members to formulate programs, implement business targets, strategies and business development plans
- Make periodic reports on work results at the request of the BOD

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, E-commerce, etc
- Three years or more of experience in the equivalent position
- Excellent communication skills in both English.
- Proficient in office software, good report presentation skill
- Have a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in work
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good at building, organizing, and operating strategy as well as implementing work process
- Strong problem-solving skill, team work skill, and an ability to help team members to develop themselves
