- Providing remuneration solutions, organizational development and human resources performance improvement advice.
- Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas.
- General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR management including:
+ General HR program/policy development, administration and compliance;
+ Employee hiring, on boarding, termination;
+ Employee relations and communications
+ Rewards program coordination and/or administration
+ Immigration services
+ HR Business Partnership (consulting and coaching)
+ Talent and Organization Performance
+ Training and Development

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

MUST
- Sex: Any
- Age: > 40
- Education level: Bachelor degree (at least), HR certifications is the priority
- Major: Human resources management or related field
- Language: Smoothly communication by English
- No.of experienced year: At least 10 years as HR Manager position

Key Experience:
- Ability to strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- Bên này hiện phần HR Operation đã rất ổn rồi nên cần ứng viên mạnh về bên training, strategy và HRBP
- Training thì phải lên được kế hoạch lâu dài cho công ty & các bộ phận, phải có sự mới mẻ và đột phá
- Ngoài ra phải làm việc nhịp nhàng được với các bộ phận khác nên cần ứng viên phải mạnh về communication & negotiation, hỗ trợ lên được các policy cho công ty.
- Ứng viên phải có khả năng thích ứng được văn hóa & môi trường làm việc của công ty, và phải hiểu là mình không phải là người ra quyết định cuối cùng đối với các policy mà cần phải được các sếp approve vì công ty có quy trình rất rõ ràng
- Vị trí này sẽ được công ty cấp xe ô tô để tự di chuyển khi đi làm
